We are a recognised member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (U.K.H.C.A) and have also received Investors in People Award, as well as forming part of Care Forum Wales, Care Standards and Social Care Inspectorate in Wales and The Domiciliary Providers Forum.
Our excellent team of care assistants are all carefully vetted for experience and ability. We provide up to date training for all of our staff, ensuring our clients receive quality care which is carefully monitored as part of our after care services.
We stringently follow the U.K.H.C.A. Code of Practice for Domiciliary Care. We provide reliable, responsible care assistants who are highly motivated and committed to their caring duties. Each has specific skills enabling us to offer a wide range of support.
All care assistants are carefully selected and references are thoroughly inspected, as well as a conducting a CRB check. We place great value on our professional approach to home care, working in close operation with general practitioners, social services, hospitals and voluntary organisations.
