A. Yes. At Caring 2000, we strive to put in place regular carers to promote a friendly rapport between client and carer.
Q. Do your carers receive the appropriate training?
A. Yes. All of our carers are provided with in-house training, which includes:
It is also a requirement that all our carers at Caring 2000 acquire NVQ level 2 in “Health and Social Care”. We also provide P.O.V.A (Protection Of Vulnerable Adults) training.
Q. Are all carers’ references and criminal backgrounds thoroughly checked?
A. Yes. It is our company’s policy that all CRB checks are conducted and references are provided to our standard.
Q. In which districts do you provide care?
A. We provide care in most districts of Cardiff.
