Caring 2000 managing director Beverley Davies successfully organised a charity Christmas lunch in 2008, for our dear clients and elderly people in the community.
The venue was held at the All Saints Church in Rhiwbina, where over 90 people attended. We acquired many donations, from individuals and big-brand companies, as well as voluntary support from our carers and people in the community.
Our Caring 2000 mini bus was on hand to collect and take home those who couldn’t arrange transport, making it a stress-free day for everyone.
Our attentive carers and volunteers were on hand at the event, ensuring that every individual was comfortable and getting into the festive spirit!
Entertainment was provided by a local choir and Gregg’s, along with Oakhouse Foods, provided meals and festive treats for everyone who attended, ensuring that our Christmas lunch was a resounding success.
All who attended our Christmas lunch thoroughly enjoyed themselves, so-much-so, that Caring 2000 wishes to make this event an annual occurrence.
