Holiday respite is designed for the individual to experience a stress free holiday away from their own home. The advantage of this service is that, similar to our 24 hour home care package, our carer will be readily available to meet your care requirements, quickly becoming your holiday companion offering help and support, when needed.
We will strive to provide a carer that is compatible to the individual’s personality and suitability. Once matched, your carer/companion will ensure that you enjoy all aspects of your holiday in safety. All our carers are fully vetted with CRB Enhanced Check, providing piece of mind for those back home.
Please note: holiday respite can only be provided for domestic destinations only.
We understand that looking after a dependent relative can be physically and emotionally draining.
We therefore provide a respite service so that the main carer can go out for a few hours, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is being properly cared for.
This can be for a few hours or for a longer term, such as the family going away on holiday and you don’t want to put your relative in a residential home for that period.
